"Cure yourself, with the light of the sun and the rays of the moon.

With the sound of the river and the waterfall.

With the swaying of the sea and the fluttering of the birds.

Heal yourself with the mint and the mint leaves, with neem and eucalyptus.

Sweeten yourself with lavender, rosemary, and chamomile.

Hug yourself with the cocoa bean and a touch of cinnamon.

Put love in tea instead of sugar and take it looking at the stars.

Heal yourself with the kisses that the wind gives you and the hugs of the rain.

Get strong with bare feet on the ground and with everything that is born from it.

Get smarter every day by listening to your intuition, looking at the world with the eye of your forehead.

Jump, dance, sing, so that you live happier.

Heal yourself with beautiful love, and always remember…

YOU are the medicine."

Our Location:

Happy Buddha Retreats is situated in a beautiful bushland setting within the historic Blue Mountains town of Wentworth Falls.

The Blue Mountains National Park begins approximately 80 kilometres from Sydney’s CBD and is a popular weekend destination. Sydney residents come here to enjoy bush walks, native forest, waterfalls and lakes.

Wentworth Falls town was established in 1814 by European settlers. However, carbon dating shows that the traditional owners of the land are the Gundungurra People who have been on the land for more than 22,000 years. As such, we pay our respect to the traditional owners past and present of the beautiful Blue Mountains by respecting the nature and community in which we reside.

Happy Buddha Retreat’s is a 2 – 4 minute drive from the main township of Wentworth Falls.

FAQs

If you have some questions or concerns about the about the retreat, here are some FAQs that might help.

Do we need to take part in all activities?

Within the retreat space we are all part of each other's journey. Our retreats are a dedicated healing space and at times this may feel uncomfortable, that is where the work begins. There may be certain activities that may not be suitable but there are always inclusive options.

I’m new to Yoga is this suitable for me?

Yes! All levels are welcome. If you are a beginner, you will be supported for growth. If you are not so new, you will be challenged physically, mentally and spiritually.

Should I get Travel Insurance?

Get comprehensive travel insurance before you depart to cover overseas medical costs, including medical evacuation. Travel insurance is also required for retreats within Australia, to cover you for illness, cancellation, accidents. Make sure your policy includes adequate coverage for any pre-existing conditions. Should the retreat be cancelled in the interest of guests’ safety (due to severe weather conditions or natural disasters), a credit will be issued but no cash refunds will apply.

What do I need to bring?

A packing list will be provided closer to the date (once our activities are finalised). You can bring your own Yoga mat if you prefer.
