SUP + Yoga Classes upcoming at Shoal Bay

Yoga Brave is excited to have a number of SUP + Yoga Classed upcoming in the following months from January to April.

These are a flowing and fun outdoor Yoga class suitable for all levels followed by a 90 minute Stand Up Paddle Board lesson (by a qualified instructor) taking in the beautiful landscape of Shoal Bay and the Tomaree Headland.

Each class runs from 8:00am to 11:00am with a light morning tea provided. These classes are $50 per person. Be sure to book, limited places are available for each class.

NOTE: In the case of inclement weather your class will be credited.
