My daughter and I have recently started yogo classes with Fyona and we are loving them. Fyona is an excellent teacher and given we are new to yoga has been terrific undertaking the beginners course that has introduced us to the many different approaches. Would highly recommend.
My experience at Yoga Brave has been incredibly positive. My weekly class is literally what gets me through each week, with my profession seeing me stuck behind a desk all day long. Fyona has an uncanny ability to know exactly what my body needs. I walk away each week feeling calm, relaxed and altogether lighter. Fyona truly has an amazing gift as a Yoga instructor and I highly recommend her services.
I love Fyona's yoga sessions and meditation. She is knowledgeable, with a great sense of fun. Fyona personalises sessions to address our individual needs. I will be continuing on with Fyona, hopefully for the longer term. Yoga keeps me focused when I write and helps me to be mentally and physically strong, so crucial as we age.
Yoga Brave with Fy is the whole mind, body, and spiritual experience, which is exactly what I was looking for. I like how it's not just beautiful Yoga classes but special classes as well, such as Meditation and drumming just to name a few. The classes feel inclusive, harmonious and intimate no matter how many are in the room.

Had a wonderful day with Fyona and a lovely group of girls on Sunday. Beginning with a beautiful yoga class listening to the waves roll in at Shoal bay, followed by a SUP adventure, and then a treatment at the Sirene Spa in Shoal bay. Fyona looked after us from start to finish, she is so welcoming and a delight to be around. Would highly recommend any time with Fyona, Can’t wait to catch up with her again .

Lovely setting with a fantastic teacher. Fyona is a beautiful person who makes each class special. No two sessions are the same. My flexibilty and strength are improving weekly and my breathing awareness is developing. I look forward to my class every week as a time out. I am so grateful I found this space and Fyona.
I always leave Yoga Brave classes feeling renewed and refreshed. The beautiful environment, Fyona's calmness and support and the small class size all combine for an amazing restorative yoga class. It's a judgement-free zone where everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace and level.
Fyona is the most beautiful soul yoga teacher. I swear every Saturday morning she knows exactly what I need, and her practice always speaks to me. I love enjoying this yoga time just for me, with a beautiful bunch of ladies.
Practicing yoga with Fy is like melting softly into a big warm hug. She knows what your body and soul needs, without you even saying anything. She has a warmth and wisdom, but just the right amount of cheeky to make you feel connected, challenged and loved. Love ya Fy. No words can express the uplifting, shifting, and nurturing she provides from beginning to end and all the small details in between.
I had the privilege of having Fyona as a teacher at Sanctuary yoga, now I attend Yoga Brave weekly. Not all people can just train and be authentic yogi masters, however Fyona was made for this special job. Her calming voice, kind heart and love for yoga shines in every class.
I have to say Fyona has such a way with her class, always making us feel cared for and connected. She is a true intuit at work. She weaves in just enough extra concepts to broaden our focus for a richer experience without overstimulation of the senses. She is always mindful to point out correct posture, but allows personal exploration to drive our needs. The first thing I notice after a short break away, is its effect on my digestive system. Fabulous!
