Setting a clear, concise and aligned intention (Sankalpa) is the key to creating potent shifts in your life through the practise of Yoga Nidra. Planting the seed for change as we journey to a deep state of rest allows new neural pathways to be formed without the interference of the mind. A fully guided Yoga Nidra will follow the theory.

Dress in loose, comfortable clothing - wear layers to ensure total comfort.
This session is appropriate for all levels - everyone is welcome.
If you are unable to attend your class, please let us have as much notice as possible so that we can fill your spot, otherwise your payment or class credit cannot be refunded.
General classes we require 2 hours notice for a full credit.
Workshops we offer a credit if we can fill your place from our waitlist.
