A flowing and fun outdoor Yoga class suitable for all levels followed by a 90 minute Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) lesson (by a qualified instructor) taking in the beautiful landscape of Shoal Bay and the Tomaree Headland. If you are up for it, take a climb up Tomaree Mountain with us to complete the day!

If you are unable to attend your class, please let us have as much notice as possible so that we can fill your spot, otherwise your payment or class credit cannot be refunded.
General classes we require 12 hours notice for a full credit.
