An outdoor yoga session with an oak tree as your roof. A warming practice of vinyasa, you strip away layers and feel yourself adjust to the environment. A well-deserved cold plunge, session in a traditional barrel sauna with hot stones and healing steam... then lunch and treats by the fire.

Join us for a full day of outdoor living: -

09:30 AM – 10.30 AM Outdoor Yoga session including Asana, Pranayama and Meditation

10.30AM - 11.00 AM light snacks and chai (or other drinks)

11:00 AM – 12.30 PM Finnish style sauna, cold plunge, breathwork, and Satsang

1.00 PM – 02.00 PM A vegetarian lunch enjoyed outdoors

2.15 PM – 03.00 PM  Meditation

3.30 PM - Close

Etiquette

General terms and class etiquette of Yoga Brave:

If you are unable to attend your class, please let us have as much notice as possible so that we can fill your spot, otherwise your payment or class credit cannot be refunded.

General classes we require 2 hours notice for a full credit.
Workshops we offer a credit if we can fill your place from our waitlist.

Enjoy your class!

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class to allow yourself time to register and settle in.
  • Turn your phone and / or smartwatch OFF (or aeroplane mode) - no silent or vibrate settings please!
  • Leave your shoes and your ego at the door.
  • Advise the teacher of any injuries or possible concerns which may arise during class.
