More info about this course / class:

As the wheel of the year turns and light begins to lengthen, the Spring Equinox offers us a rare moment of exquisite balance. Equal day and night, the pause between what has been and what is yet to come.

In this two–hour immersion we will honour the season of renewal with a slow, grounding Yin Yoga practice - tending to the meridians of the Liver and Gallbladder, clearing out the residue of winter, and creating space for fresh energy to bloom. Like seeds stirring beneath the soil,Yin invites us into stillness where the deepest renewal quietly unfolds.

From here we’ll journey into Yoga Nidra, the ancient art of conscious rest. With the theme of expansion, this guided meditation opens us into the spaciousness of being, dissolving old patterns and inviting the body, heart and mind to widen beyond their limitations.

You are warmly invited to come exactly as you are, to be held, to soften, and to re-emerge aligned with the fresh rhythms of spring.
