There is potent magic in the liminal spaces - the thresholds where one season dissolves into the next, where endings soften and beginnings stir. It is here, in rest and in sleep, that we are remade. In surrender, we discover our shapeshifting nature.
10-12 William Street, East Maitland
For yogis and spiritual seekers, the Summer Solstice - Litha - is more than a turning of the seasons.
It’s an invitation to honour the light within, to celebrate abundance, and to stoke the fire of transformation that burns at the heart of our practice.
This afternoon immersion will weave together Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Mantra and Yoga Nidra - a journey to balance the radiance of the external sun with the quiet flame of your inner world.
You’ll be guided to soften, to listen, and to align with the natural rhythm of expansion that the Solstice brings.
As we gather in community on this longest day, we’ll pause to reflect on the growth that has unfolded through the year, offering gratitude for what has been and setting intentions for what is yet to bloom.
A space for stillness, renewal, and gentle ritual - come to reconnect, replenish, and rest in the golden glow of summer’s light.
Please bring: your mat, a blanket, and a cushion or bolster (if you have one)
No experience needed - just a willingness to rest deeply, receive fully, and allow yourself to be transformed.
