A Three-Day Immersion into Meditation and Renewal
TO SOAK
A meditation retreat for the emotionally intelligent and quietly curious.
This is a space for those craving something beyond surface stillness, a place to soak, not skim.
Over four slow days, we’ll explore ancient practices in real time:
Shatkarma to cleanse, Pranayama to open, Hatha to steady, Yin to soften.
With deep rest and delicious rituals, you’ll remember what it feels like to live with clarity and emotional truth.
We’re not here to hustle enlightenment.
We’re here to gather, to nourish, to be honest with what’s alive.
This retreat is a call to those who feel it in their body:
“I’m ready to come home to myself.”
Limited places. Payment plans available.
Includes all practices, meals, workshops, and a visit to the Banya Bathhouse.
Designed and led by Fyona Coulton of Yoga Brave.
