Our Intention

Our intention

Your host - Fyona Coulton has been running Yoga retreats for 6 years and has attended many herself over a span of 20+ years. Her call to host retreats came during a Yoga retreat where the offering did not meet the reality. Some of the other guests approached Fy for support - this was the turning point. Retreats can open up wounds -emotions can be misdirected and our hearts laid vulnerable and bare. We need a strong, grounded presence to hold that space for you. With that in mind, here's what's in store...

🌿 Our days will look like this...

  • Morning Hatha Yoga with asana, meditation, and pranayama to awaken strength and clarity
  • Afternoon Yin Yoga to restore, ground, and create spaciousness within
  • Two delicious vegetarian meals each day, plus fresh fruit, snacks, and filtered water
  • Evening meditation practice to settle into stillness and presence
  • Onsite swimming pool, sauna and cold plunge
  • one 60 minute massage included

🌸 Sacred activities include...

  • Traditional Balinese welcome ritual
  • Flowers of Bali cooking class
  • Tegalalang rice terrace walk
  • Tegenungan waterfall visit
  • Cacao ceremony and sound healing

Optional extras...

  • Onsite massage and spa treatments

No, vaccinations aren't mandatory for Bali, but several are highly recommended, including Hepatitis A, Typhoid, and routine vaccines like Tetanus and MMR, especially if your trip involves rural areas or concerns about food and water. Depending on your specific itinerary, such as longer stays or rural exposure, vaccines for Japanese Encephalitis and Rabies might be advised. It's best to consult a healthcare provider or travel clinic 6-8 weeks before your trip to get personalized advice based on your health and travel plans.
